  • How - often used in circumscription of the responsibility of the Development Team in terms of autonomy. Includes technical execution, implementation  of business value without intervention by business persons, managers etc.

  • Hidden-factory - known unknown systemic problems.

  • Human resources - usually refers to a pool of human capital, often dispensable capital typical in component driven development. The definition of project teams, a group of people gathered for a short-term endeavor may have increased resource managers incentive for pooling. London based leadership advocates prefer use of "human operations," arguing that human beings are not resources, they have reasoning, aptitude and therefore possess infinite value and infinite ability to improve systems. Resources are materials, money for example which are truly expendable with exhaustive capacity.
